Mental Health Awareness Week
Taking place 9-15 May, this year's Mental Health Awareness Week focused on finding better ways to tackle loneliness and highlighted the importance of community and our connections with others to our well-being. We have put together a selection of great reading to encourage and support people in looking after their mental health, ranging from powerful fiction and truly inspirational biographies to compelling nature writing and insightful books on mindfulness and self-care.
