Mental Health Awareness Week
This year Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 14-20 May and is focused on the theme of stress, which is a leading factor contributing to a range of mental health problems. To mark Mental Health Awareness week, we’ve gathered together a range of books including guides, personal stories, practical aids and unashamedly feel-good reading to help and support people to understand and look after their mental health.
