A Court of Wings and Ruin Review

I love the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, and this third book didn't disappoint, Sarah J Maas has this incredible ability of lulling you into this safe place of scheming and hidden motives and then BAM! back to the being on the run, hunted and almost killed and then you are back into the loving and safe arms of sarcasm and so on and so on....

I fell in love with the characters of this world and the amazing world building and land forms that she has this amazing ablility to create. Her imagination just sucks you in, every step of the way you think you have finally got the plot and wait no you don't... When you are in tears because of something that has happened bam you are now laughing with joy. I'm so glad this book came out when it did because it brought me out of the dark place I was in.

Thank you Sarah J Maas for inspiring me to pick up that pen and paper and start writing again, thank you for showing me that even when I am at my lowest point I can come out stronger and that even with my many flaws someone out there will love me for me, so Thank You......

Maas does it again!

I got this book yesterday when it came out and spent the entire day reading it. I finally finished it at 3am as I just couldn't put it down. It's just that good! I waited ages for this to come out after ready ACOMAF (my favourite book of 2016) and it did not disappoint. I loved seeing more of the different courts and of course our favourite Illyrians. There were a few parts that she wrote about but didn't really come up again: like are Cassian and Nester mates and there's also something we find out about Lucien but I won't spoil. I'm guessing these will be addressed in the next trilogy. Which I cannot wait for.

You know a books good when you laugh, cry and find it infuriating at the same time! Well done Sarah. Another AWESOME book.

Simply magnificent

Not a lot needs to be said about this book other than the books just get better and better as they go on in the series, there are so many twists and turns that it is almost impossible to predict what is going to happen next and I am really sad now that I have finished it as you don't know if there will be another book after this one.

Absolutley Amazing

It's been a while since I have had a series I just couldn't put down, and they where just as good if not better than the last. Now I loved this book, it was amazing, my only critic is that it felt a little filler full, like some parts did not need to happen as they didn't advance the story and didn't need to happen, (not that they weren't fun to read, I would have just slept a lot sooner if they weren't their). and also My big peev is that this was supposed to be a trilogy and now there are three more books ARGHHHHHHHHHHH. That aside, WOW this book was so good.

I loved the group dynamic, the action was so well described it felt like I was there and some character development (albeit a little slow and not as explosive as I would like, *spoiler Nesta*) was so good to watch, *sigh* Beautiful. The book was so nicely done and ended, that trilogy lovers (me, im not bitter or anything) can stop here, but as much as want to, I already feel myself anticipating the next one.

My only request if that
1. none of the jumpy lover thing. Rhys and that's it
2. Tamlin shouldn't go all dark(er)?
3. yeahh that's it

Heartbreakingly wonderful

A story as gripping and moving as the first 2 novels, this book will have you laughing and crying - sometimes simultaneously. A wonderful conclusion to the series, but also a great set up for the spinoff novellas, like always leaving you wanting more

I loved this book

I guess this was a perfect finish to the story of Feyre and Rhys. I would love to read more about them. But, I loved the way this ended. One of the great series I read . ❤❤❤❤

Not the best book in the series but still loved it

Spoilers a little

Due to this book being a lot thicker than I expected I had the biggest hopes in the world for this book to be incredible and Ive got to be honest I was a little disappointed. Don't get me wrong it was really good and a lot happened that blew me away I just think it dragged on a little too much. I was also hoping for more from Tamlin when his love came home but him leaving her alone and them hardly talking didn't seem like that would happen, but, oh well. I really enjoyed this book it didn't surpass its counterpart 'A COURT OF MIST AND FURY' but it rounded off the series really well and I really enjoyed having more story about Feyre and Rhysand etc and bringing some more of the other characters on board. Also I honestly almost cried and lost hope forever when I thought Rhysand died so im so freaking glad he didnt oh my gosh Sarah J Mass you had me so good there. Great book and amazing series really looking forward to the next one

Once again an amazing book from Sarah J Mass. Honestly the best book I've read all year, the charecters and world are so thought out and have so much depth it's as if it's all real. Can't wait till Sarah's next book Tower of Dawn.
