Mr Ottolenghi has triumphed again with his latest cookery book. The layout is making it easy to find new ways with vegetables and interesting ingredients make delicious food.
The long-awaited follow up to "Plenty" certainly does not disappoint: in fact, it may be Ottolenghi's best collection to date. Visually stunning, with beautifully written, foolproof recipes which celebrate the vibrancy and versatility of vegetarian cuisine. I want to try out each of these recipes, and the ones I have got to so far have already become firm favourites (the pea and broad bean stew with parmesan rice is now my go-to comfort food dinner, for example).
