I was really excited to get ‘So Good Express’ and it definitely lived up to expectations.
The recipes are quick, simple and genuinely delicious which is exactly what you need when time is short but you still want to eat well.
I’ve already Cheat’s Morning Shakshuka…..delicious. The hardback edition is beautifully done too.

Another amazing book from Emily, building on the amazing So Good (hands-down my most used recipe book of the last few years). Looking forward to this one becoming a sauce-splattered go-to!
I love Wmiky’s previous cookbook and I cook from it frequently so this was an immediate preorder for me. It arrived on publication date 2 days ago and I’ve already made 2 meals from it and have my weekend meals planned from it.
For me these cookbooks give me ideas and recipes for nutritious and tasty meals that stop me using ready meals. Easy to adapt for vegan family members too. Love it
I was so excited to receive Emily's new book - I really rate her cookbooks and have used both her previous books so much.
My copy of this one arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to cook from it. I'm 2 recipes in and both meals were so tasty. I'm already planning which recipe to cook next from it.
What's not to love, this is packed full of information, easy to understand & even easier to make!
I've already worked my way through quite a few recipes and I can honestly say they all taste really good.
It's not even made it onto the bookshelf yet as it's permanently in the kitchen!
