Best of the bunch

There was an excellent Horizon programme in 2012 about the health benefits of a 2 day diet. This book is the best of the bunch of books about such intermittent diets. It comes from the research team who have conducted clinical trials to prove it works. There are 2 things I love about it. The first thing is that all the profits are going to Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention research projects and not to make someone rich. The second is that the health benefits apply to people like me who do not want to lose weight, by using the technique just one day per week. This is not a fad diet like so many others, but a brilliantly researched solution to the problem of Western diet-related illness.
