“An empathetic and non-judgemental helping hand for all parents”
I started this last night and couldn’t put it down, Anita Cleare writes so well and so empathetically that I kept turning those pages. I don’t fit the corporate treadmill pattern of ‘work’ but as a self employed creative I often feel I never stop and I can now see clearly how this can impact on my stress levels and compromise my relationship with my kids. I don’t have any of the guilt about spending enough time with them, but I learned a lot about the quality of that time- stay chilled and playful! Especially during this time when they can’t go to school!
I totally recommend this, especially for parents of younger kids. There are no judgements passed, just an insight into how kids experience the world and small steps we can take as parents to make family life happier and healthier for us all!
