The duo behind the hugely popular Pinch of Nom phenomena, Kay Featherstone and Kate Allinson are British food bloggers and entrepreneurs.
Before launching Pinch of Nom, Allinson and Featherstone co-owned a restaurant together in The Wirral, where Allinson was also the head chef. In 2016, as a part of their own weight loss journey, they started a food blog titled Pinch of Nom and began sharing healthy recipes that are easy to cook at home. In a mere four years, Pinch of Nom became the UK's most visited food blog, with an active and engaged online community of over 1.5 million followers.
Allinson and Featherstone’s warm, down-to-earth approach to weight loss has resulted in two bestselling books, Pinch of Nom (2019) and Pinch of Nom: Everyday Light (2019), each followed by an accompanying Food Planner. Pinch of Nom sold 210,000 copies in three days, becoming the fastest selling non-fiction book since records began.
