“Burst within hours”

The gel isn't contained in a strong membrane. Even with a child playing with it, it popped within hours. It had probably only been handled for about an hour.

“Safety concern”

Squish a saurus purchased for Christmas stocking filler. Little girl of 6 was playing with it for less than 10 minutes before it burst and green liquid covered her clothes and furniture.
