Waterstones Card Expiry Frequently Asked Questions

We have made important changes to the Waterstones Card terms and conditions which will affect all Waterstones Cardholders. Most are minor updates but there is one significant change with the introduction of Waterstones Card account expiry.

This page should answer all of your questions about how expiry may affect you, but if you cannot find what you need below please contact our Customer Support Team.

Waterstones Card expiry

If my Card is due to expire, will you inform me?

Don't worry. We'll send you an email three months before your Card is due to expire to give you plenty of time to use, and save it from expiry for another three years.

Even if you haven't opted in to our marketing emails we'll send this important service message. Make sure you update our Customer Support Team if your email address changes.

Where can I see the new terms and conditions?

You can view the updated terms and conditions of The Waterstones Card on our Waterstones Card - Terms and Conditions page.

Please see term 7c for the specific details regarding account expiry.

We would encourage you to read the full terms and conditions, as we have also made some general updates to them.
