If your Card is unregistered, you will be unable to spend your points.
To register your Card please contact our Customer Support Team. Please provide the following mandatory details:
- Your 16 digit Card number
If you cannot find this please check any emails we may have sent you, which often quote your Card number. You may also find your Card number printed on a very old receipt (we used to print the Card number on receipts prior to October 2014), so please check if you have any in your home.
Including title, first and surname.
If you have multiple addresses, please quote the one you used when you registered, or the email address you most recently told us about when updating your details.
- Your address and postcode
Again, if you have moved since registering, please give us the address details you think we will have on file; those you used when you registered or have since told us about if you moved.
