In this course we will learn how to grab the audience and make sure they keep listening, learn techniques for generating tension and drama, understand how radio plays are formatted and learn how to include sound effects. A radio play can take you anywhere in the universe on a very low budget!
Suitable for writers of all levels this one day course takes place from 10am to 4:30pm on Saturday the 18th of November.
Led by Anthony Cropper, former tutor or Professional and Creative Writing at the University of Nottingham who has led various workshops in the UK and abroad. With two published novels and a collection of short stories, he has also won the BBC Alfred Bradley Award for Radio Drama.
