A one-off live version of Women’s Prize for Fiction’s hugely popular new online feature Women Writers Revisited, this panel of exceptional women will discuss the overlooked or ‘forgotten’ female writers who have inspired them. Hosted by bestselling author and our Founder Director Kate Mosse, she'll be joined by 2019 Women’s Prize for Fiction judge, journalist and theatre critic Arifa Akbar, the beloved novelist Ali Smith, winner of the 2015 Women’s Prize for Fiction for How to be Both.
Tickets are £10, and include a Baileys serve from the Baileys Book Bar. Alcohol-free drinks are also available.

The WPFF Baileys Book Bar 2019 at Watertones TCR features some of the UK's most inspirational women and brilliant novelists. Taking place over four fantastic nights from Tue April 30th, the Book Bar events will both mark the announcement of the shortlist for the 2019 Womens Prize for Fiction, announced on Mon April 29th, and celebrate the very best writing by women. TCR's basement will be transformed into a literary haven, honouring women’s voices and combining the treat for the mind that is reading with the deliciously indulgent Baileys!
