Welsh Giants, Ghosts and Goblins: Storytime with Claire Fayers

Join us on Friday 16th August for a Ghostly Storytime, Q&A and Book Signing with Claire Fayers for the publication of her latest book Welsh Giants, Ghosts and Goblins!

This event will run for approximately 45 minutes and whilst the book is guided for readers of ages 9-12 years old, this event is suitable and open to all ages! 
 
Claire Fayers grew up in South Wales where, thanks to her local library, she developed a life long obsession with myth and magic. Now she lives in the Welsh mountains with her husband and two disappointingly unmagical cats. Her best-selling Welsh Fairy Tales, Myths and Legends was nominated for the Carnegie medal and shortlisted for the Tir na nOg award for children's books. Welsh Giants, Ghosts and Goblins is a mix of retellings and modern stories inspired by some of Wales's strangest legends.
