Join us to welcome Abigail Dean, Harriet Tyce and Claire Douglas, in conversation with Alice Slater, to discuss their latest releases, Day One, A Lesson In Cruelty and The Wrong Sister, in what promises to be a thrilling night of chat!
Abigail Dean is a writer from Manchester, living in south London. Her first novel, Girl A, was published in January 2021 and was an instant Sunday Times and New York Times Bestseller. Abigail’s second novel, Day One, is out in March 2024.
Harriet Tyce is a former criminal barrister turned author. She has written three Sunday Times bestselling thrillers Blood Orange, The Lies You Told and It Ends At Midnight. Her fourth novel A Lesson in Cruelty is out on 11th April 2024.
Claire Douglas won the Marie Claire Debut Novel Award, with her first novel, The Sisters, which was followed by Local Girl Missing, Last Seen Alive, Do Not Disturb, Then She Vanishes, Just Like the Other Girls, The Couple at No 9. and The Girls Who Disappeared. Her latest novel, The Woman Who Lied, spent eleven weeks in the Sunday Times top ten. Her first HB The Wrong Sister is to be published on 21st March 2024.
Alice Slater is a writer, editor and ex-bookseller from London. Her fiction has been shortlisted for the Bridport Prize and appeared in Dear Damsels, Cunning Folk and On Anxiety. Death Of A Bookseller is her first novel.
