The Insomnia Poems: An Evening with Grace Nichols, John Agard & Minoli Salgado

Join us for a book launch with three Sussex based writers -  Acclaimed Caribbean-British poets, Grace Nichols, John Agard,  and Sri Lankan novelist, Minoli Salgado at Lewes Waterstones on Friday July 7 at 6.30pm.
Grace Nichols, inspired by the Muse of Insomnia,  will be reading from her latest collection, 'The Insomnia Poems', that invites you to enter
the zones between sleep and no-sleep.
John Agard will read from his 'Playing the Ghost Of Maimonides', in which he  mischievously enter the voice of the Medieval Jewish Rabbi,  Moses Maimonides, as well as his accompanying Jester..
Minoli Salgado who lectures in English at Sussex University will read from her richly textured novel, set in Sri Lanka,
'A Little Dust On The Eyes'.
