The Ethics of Espionage with former GCHQ director Sir David Omand and Prof Mark Phythian

Mark Phythian is professor of politics in the School of History, Politics and International Relations at the University of Leicester and coeditor of the journal Intelligence and National Security. He is coauthor of Intelligence in an Insecure World and has nearly a dozen other books to his name.
Held in conjunction with PS21: The Project for the Study of the 21st Century - "a new global think tank for a new global era. A unique collection of people, broad in background, and eclectic in outlook. Focused on finding new ways of telling stories and exploring issues" this event will raise plenty of discussion.
