Talking Tastebuds Live with Laura Thomas

We are delighted to host a live recording of Venetia Falconer's foodie podcast Talking Tastebuds featuring debut author Laura Thomas. Venetia will be talking to Laura about her approach to food, her opinions of current diet culture and how her new book Just Eat It can help you to get your sh*t together around food. There will also be a chance to ask Laura and Venetia questions and get your book signed on the night.

Laura Thomas is a London-based nutritionist and founder of the London Centre for Intuitive Eating, and host of the hit 'Don't Salt My Game' podcast.  Her book Just Eat It was published in January and is part of a movement to help us take back control over our bodies. To free us from restrictive dieting, disordered eating and punishing exercise. To reject the guilt and anxiety associated with eating and, ultimately, to help us feel good about ourselves.

Venetia Falconer is a London based presenter and producer and the founder and host of the 5 star rated podcast, Talking Tastebuds. You can also find Venetia on YouTube, where she creates weekly lifestyle videos.

Tickets are £6, or £16 including a copy of Just Eat It. Copies of Just Eat It will also be available to purchase at the event for £12.99.
