Summer Reading Challenge!

Are you brave enough to take the challenge?

Our Summer Reading challenge will be taking place from Sunday 28^th July to Sunday 1^st September.If you would like to take part, pop in to our children’s section on the second floor and ask for the Summer Reading Challenge sheet!

On the sheet there are prompts to get you read 9 different books this summer holiday. When you have completed each prompt, colour it in. When you have read all 9 books, fill in your details on the back and hand your sheet to one of our booksellers. Everyone that completes the challenge will be entered into a prize draw to win one of two Waterstones gift vouchers. There will be a £10 voucher and a £5 voucher up for grabs! Who knows, there might even be some sweeties in it for you!

Challenge Rules:

1. You must read a different book for each of the 9 prompts

2. Please colour in each picture once you have completed the prompt

3. Please hand your completed sheet back to one of our booksellers by Sunday 1^st September

4. Everyone that completes the challenge will get a sweet treat and be entered into a prize draw to win one of two Waterstones gift vouchers of either £5 or £10

5. Please remember to add your name and contact details on the back of the sheet so that we can get in touch with the winners

6. Participants must be 13 or under...sorry adults!

    

   If you can’t decide what to read for one of the prompts, feel free to pop in to store and ask one of our children’s booksellers for a recommendation! They will be happy to see you!
