Nice, a barrister for 50 years and ex-Old Bailey Recorder, prosecuted Milosevic at the International War Crimes Tribunal, co-authored the 2014 report on torture of detainees in Syria and does much pro-bono work for oppressed minorities. In Justice for All he presents the case for international law courts, drawing on sources as diverse as ancient Babylon, Cicero, Sartre and Joan Baez. Expect an entertaining and inspiring talk.
