About the Book
When we think of love, we think of romance: but what about the other kinds of love? How Much the Heart Can Hold is a commissioned collection in which seven leading award-winning authors -- Bernardine Evaristo, Carys Bray, D. W. Wilson, Donal Ryan, Grace McCleen, Nikesh Shukla and Rowan Hisayo Buchanan -- explore seven Greek definitions, including love between family members, love that endures over time, love for oneself, love that is forbidden. The result is a thought-provoking revelation of the many facets of love, a refreshing step away from the simply romantic definition that often prevails.
