#SciFiSessions with Emma Newman and Adrian Tchaikovsky

For June's #SciFiSessions we're delighted to be bringing together two top writers of science fiction and fantasy Adrian Tchaikovsky and Emma Newman.

Adrian is the critically acclaimed author of the Shadows of the Apt series, Echoes of the Fall series, and Children of Time, amongst many others. He is the winner of both the British Fantasy Award and the Arthur C. Clarke Award. He'll be discussing his latest science fiction novel Dogs of War, a gripping and unique thriller starring a seven foot high war dog! We'll also be chatting about his fantasy work and, of course, spiders.

Emma is the author of urban fantasy series The Split Worlds, the steampunk Industrial Magic books, and the Planetfall science fiction series. She has been nominated for the British Fantasy Society Best Short Story award and the for the Arthur C. Clarke award. She is the co-creator of the Hugo award winning podcast Tea and Jeopardy. We'll be discussing the latest Planetfall novel Before Mars as well as LARPing, and hot beverages.

Both writers will be in conversation with Glyn Morgan.

Tickets are £8 (£6 student) and are available from eventbrite (below) and in store, there is a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage on arrival.
