Peter McLean and RJ Barker in discussion

Thursday 4th October 19:00 - 21:00 at Norwich - Castle Street

We have two fantastic fantasy authors coming to Waterstones Norwich to discuss everything swords, blood, political dissent, noir and taxidermy!

Peter McLean was born near London, England, in 1972, the son of a bank manager and an English teacher. He went to school in the shadow of Norwich Cathedral, where he spent most of his time making up stories.

RJ Barker lives in Leeds with his wife, son and a collection of questionable taxidermy, odd art, scary music and more books than they have room for. Having played in a rock band before deciding he was a rubbish musician, RJ returned to his first love, fiction, to find he is rather better at that. As well as his debut epic fantasy series, the Wounded Kingdom trilogy, RJ has written short stories and historical scripts which have been performed across the country. He has the sort of flowing locks any cavalier would be proud of.
