An evening filled with festivities, including mince pies and mulled wine, Christmas related activities and competitions, and personalised book recommendations from our expert booksellers to help you find the perfect Christmas present for everyone on your list!
5pm-8pm
Present Wrapping - Volunteers from Arch, a charity which helps children across Oxfordshire who struggle with reading, will be wrapping presents in exchange for a donation.
Book Elves - Our book elves will be on hand to help you with any tricky gifts! if you need a reccomendation look out for our deisgnated booksellers who will be available all evening to assist with gift suggestions.
Double Plus Stamps - We will be offering double stamps all evening to any Waterstones Plus customers.
5pm-5.30pm
The Rising Voices Choir will be treating us to some festive music in aid of Arch.
6pm - 8pm
Robin Stevens will be joining us to sign copies of her new book The Body in the Blitz.

Sarah Ogilvie will be joining us for a short talk about the people who created the Oxford English Dictionary. She will be signing copies of her book The Dictionary People.
Tracing the lives and stories of a horde of unlikely contributors to the first Oxford English Dictionary, Ogilvie's endlessly fascinating and highly entertaining volume features madmen and murderers, suffragists and pornographers, vicars and vegetarians.
