Oliver Rowe on 'Food For All Seasons'

Wednesday 22nd June 19:30 at London - Islington

Oliver Rowe is known for having run Konstam, his legendary cafe in London's King's Cross, as well as Konstam at the Prince Albert, his ultra-local restaurant that featured on BBC2's 'The Urban Chef'.

His focus is on seasonality. With a passion for local sourcing, Oliver's recipes contain narratives: on what we eat, and when we eat it. 'Food For All Seasons', his latest book, is a continuation of this ethos, it's both an informative and personal wander through the food year. We are hugely excited to be hosting Oliver in store, where he will be talking about his latest book and serving up some delicious samples!

'Oliver Rowe is a uniquely talented and erudite chef. His early experiment with hyper-local food at Konstam gave him an insight into the fine detail of seasonality long before foraged foods and local produce became the trend so evident in the cuisine of today' - Jacob Kenedy, Chef Proprietor Boca di Lupo
