Northern Fiction Alliance's first London Roadshow

Monday 1st October 2018
18:00 at Waterstones, London - Tottenham Court Road

Manchester’s Comma Press and Waterstones Tottenham Court Road are pleased to host another Northern Fiction Alliance Roadshow, following the sell-out success of the first Roadshow event at Waterstones Manchester Deansgate last year.

The event will see the members of the Alliance – some of the most innovative and exciting indies in the UK – showcasing their work to the literature lovers in and around the North West.

Connecting independent publishers with booksellers, festivals, bloggers and journalists, and readers, this event will serve as an opportunity to establish new contacts and, most importantly, extend the reach of the Alliance’s authors and books.

  • Rónán Hession - Bluemoose
  • Jacqueline Crooks - Peepal Tree Press
  • Una - Mayfly
  • Naomi Booth - Dead Ink
  • Amy Arnold - And Other Stories
  • Emily Yaewon Lee - Tilted Axis
  • Jendella Benson - Comma Press
  • Iain Maitland - Saraband
The event will also serve to draw attention to the crucial role that booksellers and bookshops play in their support of independent presses.

Tickets for the event are £5. There'll also be a 10% discount on any books purchased on the night published by any of the presses in attendance. Find out more about the NFA at northernfictionalliance.com.
