MEANTIME: In conversation with Frankie Boyle at Waterstones Piccadilly

We’re delighted to welcome much-loved comedian and writer Frankie Boyle to Waterstones Piccadilly to discuss his first venture into the thriller genre, Meantime.

Frankie Boyle’s comic, dark and uncompromising writing has won him legions of fans.  In his new novel, Meantime, he sets a compelling piece of crime fiction in contemporary Glasgow, to bleakly funny and gripping effect. Meantime is an exhilarating, wild ride through Glasgow’s multicultural present and past, grappling with big ideas and heartbreakingly tinged with personal and political loss.

Frankie Boyle is one of the UK’s premier comedians and is the author of three bestselling non-fiction books including My Shit Life So Far and Work! Consume! Die!.
