Jack of Hearts (And Other Parts): L.C. Rosen and Matt Cain in conversation with Calum McSwiggan

Tuesday 12th February 2019
18:30 at Waterstones, London - Piccadilly

Come along and hear L.C. Rosen talk about Jack of Hearts (And Other Parts).

Described by RuPaul Drag Race’s Courtney Act as the book that ‘gives you the sex ed class desperately lacking from high school education’. Jack of Hearts (And Other Parts) is a watershed and boundary pushing queer YA novel with a fresh and fierce protagonist to match.

Lev will be joined by Matt Cain; former editor-and-chief of Attitude Magazine, winner of Diversity in Media’s Journalist of the year award and author of The Madonna of Bolton, who will join him in discussing the wider issues around LGBTQ+ representation in fiction and why queer intimacy needs to come out of the closet and into the mainstream. The event will be chaired by Calum McSwiggan; LGBTQ+ advocate and Radio Presenter.

Tickets: £9 includes entry and a copy of Jack of Hearts or £5 general admission; £4 Waterstones Plus Cardholder
