ISLINGTON EATS! an evening with Thomasina Miers
Wednesday 29th March 18:30 - 20:00 at London - Islington
ISLINGTON EATS is Waterstones Islington's monthly foodie event: For every last Wednesday of the month we invite one chef to introduce us to their book or restaurant, bring delicious food with them, and tell us what it means to them to come together for food.
In March we welcome Thomasina Miers, author of Mexican Food Made Simple, Chilli Notes, Wahaca, and now Home Cook. This inspiring guide for the home cook is about enjoying food any day of the week; it contains Thomasina's favourite family classics, and food inspired by her travels and her favourite food-writers and chefs, ranging from sweet muffins, over chrispy chicken thighs, to making the perfect poached egg - all infused with her signature Mexican flair.
Please join us for an intimate evening of kitchen talk, shared food & good company.
Tickets are £5/ £3 for Waterstones Card holders.
