The How to Eat Well tour will see some of the world's most prominent food writers join forces to discuss, cooking, nutrition, and making life delicious.
This event will focus on the joy of cooking, good food, and eating for happiness – whether that means healthily, indulging, making time for fitness alongside a varied diet, being sustainable or sticking to a budget.
Joe Wicks’ latest book, Cooking with Family and Friends, focuses on crowd-pleasing dishes, and finding a balance between being healthy and cooking for groups of friends. After helping hundreds of thousands of people to transform their bodies and feel amazing with his Lean in 15 series, Joe presents this gorgeous, full-colour book that features over 100 delicious and nutritious recipes.
Bestselling author Sarah Wilson has long been an advocate of the benefits of cutting the sweet stuff from your diet. Her hugely popular I Quit Sugar series advises and supports others who want to do the same. Her new recipe book, I Quit Sugar: Kids’ Cookbook, features over 85 sugar-free recipes that children will love to make and eat, along with lots of tips and cheats for making the transition as easy as possible.
Jasmine Hemsley rose to fame as one half of sisters Hemsley + Hemsley. Their Channel 4 series and bestselling book, The Art of Eating Well, both provided down-to-earth, practical advice for steering clear of processed and sugary foods, as well as motivating readers to try new flavours and gain confidence in the kitchen. Her first solo book, East by West comes out in November, features 130 recipes and draws on the ancient principles of an ayurvedic diet as a route to health and happiness.
Qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health and an Adv. Dip Nutritional Medicine, Jessica Sepel lives in Australia. In her first book, The Healthy Life, she shared her personal story of ditching fad diets forever, repairing her relationship with food and feeling healthier and happier by eating fresh and eating well. Her new book, Living the Healthy Life, takes these principles a step further by setting out a full eight-week plan for letting go of unhealthy dieting habits and finding balance.
Author of Tiny Budget Cooking Limahl Asmall will share his philosophy and tips of cooking great food very cheaply. Limahl came into the spotlight after developing online meal plans for anyone living on a low income, so they would be able to eat well for as little £18/week.
