Full of evidence-based, easy to understand information about CHD, Healing Hearts and Minds offers strategies for learning to thrive living with this condition, but most importantly it offers hope and connection. Liza and Tracy, the authors, are survivors of Congenital Heart Disease on lifelong experimental care. It was authored to fill a gap they felt in the literature, a book about supporting the psycological needs of living with a lifelong health condition.

Set in the cosy Curly Coo bar, this is a perfect opportunity for people learning about living with CHD, and a chance to interview an expert on the subject.

We will have books for sale at the event, please bring cash as we will not be able to accept card payments. The book is £14.99
