Harry Potter Spells and Potions Night for 13 to 18 Year Olds

Thursday 6th February 2020
16:00 - 18:00 at Waterstones, Glasgow - Sauchiehall Street

Please note this interactive event is only open to High School pupils due to the nature of some of the experiments on display.

We will be organising seperate Harry Potter events for younger children in our children's department.

Thanks to our lovely friends from Strathclyde University we have a wonderful Harry Potter potions event.

Come along and learn the Pharmacology of Harry Potter potions, how drugs are discovered and made.

Did you know Asprin can be made from Whomping Willows and anti-cancer drugs from the Mandrake plant?

Make your own drug molecules
See drugs being made on a 3D printer!

Please register via link on a first come first served for 13 to 18 year olds. (A suitable adult can accompany under 16's but please be aware this will not be a suitable area for under 13's)
