Harry Potter Book Night with Jim Kay and Chris Riddell

Join us on Harry Potter Book Night to celebrate all things Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and hear from two illustrators who have lovingly and carefully imagined the world of Harry Potter. Jim Kay and Chris Riddell will come together for their first ever joint event to discuss everything they love about Hogwarts, such as their favourite parts of the school and which they would most want to visit. What school pupils they’d like to share the common room with or to play Quidditch with. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask Jim and Chris questions about Hogwarts and illustrating the magical world of Harry Potter.

Harry Potter Book Night, now celebrating its fifth year is an annual event for fans young and old to come together to celebrate J.K. Rowling’s wonderful series and it also provides a chance to pass the magic on to new readers who haven’t discovered these unforgettable books.  

This event will be chaired by Chris Smith. Chris is a much-loved broadcaster and co-creator of the best-selling Kid Normal series of books for children.

After the talk you will have the opportunity to have books signed by Jim and Chris. Copies of the authors other books will be available to purchase at the event.

Tickets £10 includes entry to the event and an I Love Harry Potter Book Night pin badge. In addition to this every ticket holder will be entered into a raffle on the night to be in with the chance of winning one of a limited amount of prints signed by Chris Riddell or Jim Kay.  

Dress code: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Finest (or Muggle dress will also be accepted)
