Fate, destiny and finding your identity: Alwyn Hamilton, Samantha Shannon and L.A. Weatherly in conversation with Imogen Russell-Williams
Tuesday 28th March 18:30 - 20:00 at London - Islington
In Samantha Shannon's The Song Rising Paige Mahoney has risen to the dangerous and position of Underqueen, but with vengeful enemies still at large, the task of stabilising the fractured underworld has never seemed so challenging.
Alwyn Hamilton's Traitor to the Throne throws the irrepressible Amani into a world of espionage; and when ghosts from her past emerge to haunt her, she begins to wonder for the first time what the difference between a rebel and a traitor really is.
In L.A. Weatherly's Black Moon female fighter pilot Amity Vancour leads a secret network of rebels broadcasting words of hope as the voice of resistance and risking her life to fix the corrupt world she now belongs to.
The event will be chaired by The Guardian's children's book critic and editorial consultant Imogen Russell-Williams.
Tickets are £3 and can be redeemed against any one of the three event books.
