Claire Lynch in conversation with Emilie Pine
Wednesday 23rd June 19:30 at Online Events
“Original, important, moving, funny – quite a feat.” - Bernardine Evaristo
Join us for this special event with Claire Lynch as she talks with Emilie Pine about her literary debut memoir, Small: On Motherhoods. A devastatingly poignant and profoundly observant book, Small: On Motherhoods explores what it means to be seen and simultaneously 'unseen' as parents in a same-sex relationship. It creates space for parents who feel underrepresented on forms, in antenatal classes or on bookshelves.
Claire will be joined by fellow academic and author Emilie Pine, whose astonishing debut collection of essays, Notes to Self, was published in 2019 and became a word-of-mouth hit.
Please note that the Ticket & Book option for this event requires a UK postal address. Please do not select this option if you do not have a valid UK postal address as you will not receive the book and may still be charged. Books will be posted after the event and so will arrive a few days later.
