Boundless sky launch with Amanda Addison and Clive Lewis MP
Monday 17th February 19:00 - 20:30 at Norwich - Castle Street
A timely tale about two migrations: Bird’s flight for a place to nest and little Leila’s journey for a place of peace to call home. A moving story about war, peace, caring for the planet and caring for each other. Beautifully illustrated by Manuela Adreani (Kate Greenaway medal nominee) the book includes stunning landscapes of seas, snowy mountains, deserts and jungle.
Amanda will do a short reading then be joined by local MP Clive Lewis to discuss the development of the book and its relationship to Norwich's long history of being a place of sanctuary to those seeking safety and its current involvement with the City of Sanctuary UK movement. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and to purchase a signed copy of Amanda's book and to relax and discuss over refreshments.
