BOSH! and The Doctor’s Kitchen: an evening with Henry Firth, Ian Theasby and Dr Rupy

Tuesday 29th June 2021
19:30 at Waterstones, Online Events

Join Henry Firth and Ian Theasby, the UK’s bestselling vegan authors, as they speak to Dr Rupy Aujla, NHS GP and founder of ‘The Doctor’s Kitchen’. They’ll be discussing everything from nifty cooking hacks, the medicinal benefits of eating well and why veganism has boomed in the last five years.

Henry and Ian are celebrating five years of being BOSH! after posting their very first recipe video in June 2016. Fast forward 3 million followers and 2 billion views, they now have four bestselling cookbooks and a Saturday morning ITV cookery series ‘Living on the Veg’ under their belts. Cooking plants has never been so exciting!

Dr Rupy is a bestselling author of three cookbooks, including Doctor’s Kitchen 3-2-1, and has two series for the BBC: Cooking in The Doctor's Kitchen and Thrifty Cooking in The Doctor's Kitchen. He also stars alongside Prue Leith in Channel 4’s Cook Clever, Waste Less. His mission is to create healthy and delicious recipes using carefully selected ingredients, explaining the clinical research behind them.

Don’t miss this chance to hear from BOSH! and Dr Rupy themselves and you’ll even get the opportunity to ask your own questions on the night.

***Attendees will receive an exclusive set of BOSH!’s 5thBirthday recipes after the event***
