Join Sarah Ozo-Irabor as she interviews Caine Prize-winning Zambian novelist Namwali Serpell on her short trip to the UK for a live episode of her new Books & Rhymes podcast, exploring the intersection of literature and music.
Through Namwali's choices of books and music they will explore her introduction to literature and it’s impact on her overall sense of self, identity, and belonging. They will also discuss Namwali's debut novel The Old Drift, which follows three generations of three families, telling the story of a nation, and of the grand sweep of time.
Tickets are £10/8 (students/Waterstones cardholders) and include a glass of wine or soft drink
