Beginning Your Novel with Megan Taylor

Using published examples and playful exercises, this series of workshops will offer participants a deeper understanding of crucial elements in novel writing, such as character, setting, point-of-view, and structure.
During this course we'll start putting these techniques into practice, helping you to write your novel with confidence.

Five week course running from 1pm – 3pm on Saturdays between the 27th October and the 24th November, in the Sillitoe Room at Waterstones Nottingham.
Megan Taylor is the author of three novels, How We Were Lost, The Dawning and The Lives of Ghosts, as well as her short story collection, The Woman Under the Ground. Her work has been shortlisted for many literary prizes, most recently The Brighton Prize and the Walter Swan Prize. She is currently working on her fourth novel.
