An Evening with Richard C. Bower

Thursday 23rd May 18:30 at Nottingham

Join us in the Sillitoe Room for an evening of poetry by one of Nottingham's rising stars.

Richard C. Bower is Byron, Bukowski and Kerouac all rolled into one. This truly diverse and talented writer has, in a short space of time, performed his poetry across the United Kingdom – including several festivals, where he has performed alongside fellow notable poets. He has been recognised and acknowledged by Nottinghamshire County Council as one of the area’s most prominent writers and poets, culminating in his appearance at several Nottinghamshire County Council events over the summer of 2015. His poetry is being critiqued in classrooms around Europe; being compared alongside the classical works of Dylan Thomas and Ted Hughes.

Come and hear Richard's words with us, and see the world through his dreamy, beautiful lens.

The event is free to attend, but please reserve your place by calling us on 0115 9470069.
