Join us as we welcome Kate Atkinson to the Tyneside Cinema in conversation with Simon Savidge to discuss her new Jackson Brodie novel Death at the Sign of the Rook.
The sixth novel in her incredibly popular Jackson Brodie series, this is a brilliantly plotted, supremely entertaining and utterly compulsive tour de force from a great writer at the height of her powers.
Kate Atkinson made her name with her acclaimed debut novel Behind the Scenes at the Museum, which won the Whitbread (now Costa) First Novel Award. She later won the Costa Novel Award twice, for her 2013 novel Life After Life and its follow-up A God in Ruins.
The Book & Ticket bundle includes a copy of Death at the Sign of the Rook for collection on the evening. The book will be able to be stamped by Kate Atkinson in person.
