A Very Short Introduction: Clinical Psychology

We are teaming up with IF Oxford Science and Ideas Festival to bring you a week of incredible events. From the 15th-22nd of October we will be holding a variety of talks and discussions where scientific research is explored, challenged, celebrated and enjoyed.
Clinical Psychology with Susan Llewelyn
12:15-1pm, Waterstones Oxford Third Floor
Clinical psychology treats people who are facing difficulties or changes in their lives. Approaching personal distress as an unhappy outcome of certain ways of thinking, behaving and relating to the world. Susan Llewelyn will summarise how practitioners work with people experiencing challenging circumstances, to try and help change what is distressing or concerning them.
Tickets are limited and must be booked in advance to attend.
