A Very Short Introduction: Animal Behaviour

Monday 15th October 12:15 - 13:00 at Oxford

We are teaming up with IF Oxford Science and Ideas Festival to bring you a series of incredible events. From the 15th-22nd of October we will be holding a variety of talks and discussions where scientific research is explored, challenged, celebrated and enjoyed.

Animal Behaviour with Tristram D. Wyatt
12:15-1pm, Waterstones Oxford Third Floor

Animal behaviour is a central topic of zoology, and ideas concerning the role of genes as well as environment have transformed the subject. Tristram Wyatt gives a modern view, including a sense of the power of gene knock-outs, computing, and image analysis to enable detailed experiments and observations of behaviour.

Tickets are limited and must be booked in advance to attend.
