Join Henrietta Inman for an evening of Clean Cakes at Waterstones Piccadilly.
Enjoy a welcome glass of sparkles and then sit down for an informative discussion with Henrietta in conversation with The Times' Fashion Director, Anna Murphy.
Learn about Henrietta's training and career as a pastry chef; how and why she transitioned from more traditional patisserie to her Clean Cakes and how her knowledge as a pastry chef helped her to do so; and hear about all the incredible alternative ingredients she uses in her book and how she combines them to create truly memorable, delicious and nourishing food.
After tasting an array of mini Clean Cakes, there’ll be a Q&A with Henrietta, giving you a chance to ask her about the book, her Clean Cakes and any healthy baking techniques and advice, followed by a book signing.
