Cheltenham Literature Festival 2020
The world’s first literature festival is 71 years old this year. It still leads the way in celebrating the written and spoken word, presenting the best new voices in fiction and poetry alongside literary greats and high-profile speakers, while inspiring over 9,000 school children with a love of books through its Literature for Schools programme.
2020 is an historic year for the Festival as it takes on a new hybrid format – combining digital and in-person events. From 2 – 11 October, the Festival will bring together the world’s greatest writers, thinkers, performers and dynamic new voices for over 160 events. Enjoy free live broadcasts with interactive Q&As or be part of a socially-distanced live audience at Cheltenham’s Town Hall and Everyman Theatre. View the full programme online.
