T.S. Eliot Prize 2021 Shortlist

Recognising the best new poetry published in the United Kingdom and Ireland, the T.S. Eliot Prize is arguably the most prestigious accolade the poetry community has to offer. This year’s shortlist reflects the fearlessness and ferocity of contemporary discourse, with collections ranging from a Martian allegory of environmental collapse and an ecstatic reclamation of indigenous culture, to an arresting dissection of the boundaries between aesthetic value and sexual violence and a transcendental examination of race in modern America.
