Situated – and delighted to be back – in the Metrocentre’s stunning Platinum Mall, we’re the latest to be fitted in a striking new design which you need to see. The team are friendly and offer a vibrant and engaging place to visit.

We’re a particular haven for families – a quarter of our shelves are devoted to children’s books. A busy, family-friendly events programme is also sure to appeal.

You can also relax in our Café W where we offer a delicious range of locally sourced cakes, sandwiches and pastries. Treat yourself to the wonderful tarts of Blaydon-based Beckleberry’s, and handmade cupcakes from Newcastle’s Pet Lamb Patisserie, whilst enjoying a delicious coffee.
