Set over two floors, our Ground Floor is home to brand new fiction and nonfiction hardbacks, gifts and games, special offers, cards and stationary and a large selection of paperback titles. Customer orders are available for collection at our Ground Floor counter. Our Children's Department has a wide-range of well-loved childhood classics and the best new titles and a large Education Area. Our own 'Cafe W' coffee shop is also on our ground floor, offering teas, coffees, soft drinks, snacks and sandwiches for hungry and thirsty book lovers.

You'll find Fiction on our First Floor, with separate areas for Crime Fiction, Science Fiction & Fantasy and a huge selection of Graphic Novels & Manga. Our Cookery and Nature sections are very popular. We have extensive History, Travel and Sport sections and our academic sections stock a range of titles across numerous disciplines, including Philosophy, Theology, Science, Maths and Medicine.

We have significantly expanded our games offer and are one of Waterstones’ Games Flagships, with shelves packed with all types of board games and card games, from family and party games to strategy games and logic and deduction puzzles.
