“Chocolate in Columbia”

I know Marisol who has been involved with this companies production of chocolate and it sounds fascinating. Chocolate heaven. I have ordered and look forward to the read.

“Willie's Chocolate Bible”

Do not think this is just focused on sweet desserts as there is a good many savoury dishes within too. We learn the richness strong cocoa has to offer is a great addition in your main course.
