A biography of Laurence Olivier which evaluates his motives and relationships, especially that with Vivien Leigh. The author argues that she was destroyed by the depth of her passion for him, and that he was consumed by guilt and disillusion. Lewis also wrote "The Life and Death of Peter Sellers".

“Interesting”

It is a good book to read, I couldn't hardly put it down I just kept reading until I came to the end. I would recommend this book if anybody is a fan of Laurence Olivier. Plus you do get a few a little laughs out.
