“Straightforward advice that works”

A straightforward plan to follow that addresses all aspects of health and fitness and living well. The recipes taste great and it's easy to swap if there's any food that I didn't like.

I am dissapointed in this book I think Jessie is fab but I feel the programme is quite difficult to follow
