This guide provides practitioners, and in particular solicitors who advise publican clients and other licence holders on a regular basis and also who appear constantly before the District Courts for the various licences and exemptions, with a straight forward and easy to use account in relation to the various applications. A matter of huge concern to solicitors is the ever increasing field of professional negligence.
